Hygienic Agro Industry started its journey in 2017 as a small dairy farm with a commitment to providing pure, hygienic, and trustworthy food products. We currently offer fresh milk, farm-processed beef, ghee, mustard oil, spices, and Qurbani cattle.
Our farm is located in Dakshinkhan, Dhaka, and we provide home delivery in selected areas of Dhaka.
2. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all product information, descriptions, images, prices, weights, and availability shown on our website are accurate.

Product appearance may vary from photographs.
The actual weight of fresh or farm-processed products may vary slightly.
Product availability may change without prior notice.
Agricultural and livestock products may naturally vary in size, color, texture, and appearance.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, product information, or availability errors.
3. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making a request to purchase the selected products.
An order is considered confirmed when Hygienic Agro Industry accepts the order through our website, phone, SMS, or another communication method.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where:
The requested product is unavailable.
There is an incorrect price or product listing.
The delivery address is outside our service area.
We are unable to contact the customer for order confirmation.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.

We currently provide home delivery in selected areas of Dhaka, including areas such as Uttarkhan, Dakshinkhan, Uttara, Khilkhet, Bashundhara, and Mirpur.

Fresh milk, beef, and other food products may be perishable and should be stored appropriately immediately after delivery.
Customers are responsible for following appropriate storage and food-safety instructions after receiving the products.
Because fresh and perishable products are time-sensitive, customers should inspect the products immediately upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if there is a genuine quality or order-related issue.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Provide accurate contact and delivery information.
Provide a reachable phone number.
Review their order before submitting it.
Receive the order at the agreed delivery location.
Use food products according to appropriate storage and handling instructions.
Not misuse the website or attempt fraudulent transactions.
8. Qurbani Cattle
Qurbani cattle may vary in weight, appearance, breed, and availability.
Information regarding cattle, including photographs, weight, price, and other characteristics, is provided to the best of our knowledge at the time of listing.
Availability may change due to livestock market conditions and other circumstances.
Customers purchasing Qurbani cattle are responsible for providing accurate delivery or collection information and following any applicable instructions provided by Hygienic Agro Industry.
Specific Qurbani orders may be subject to separate terms communicated at the time of purchase.
9. Halal and Business Practices
Hygienic Agro Industry is committed to conducting its business according to Islamic principles and maintaining honesty, transparency, hygiene, and quality in its operations.
Where applicable, investment or partnership opportunities offered by Hygienic Agro Industry will be subject to separate terms and agreements.
Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a guarantee of financial return or investment performance.
